Each of her ramen creations starts with a rich, shoyu-based chicken broth. But what sets them apart are unique aroma oils and different toppings. In the Bacon Cheese and Egg Ramen, pork lard deepens the broth’s richness, perfectly complementing the thick, smoky bacon slices.
The velvety lard adds a hearty texture to the soup, while grated Parmesan brings a savory, cheesy note. Topping it all off, a perfectly soft-boiled egg completes this indulgent bowl.
